Prices shown on the website for some programs represent verified indicative prices, while other programs are offered on a “quote on request” basis, where the final price is confirmed directly with the customer before the booking is confirmed.
2. Booking Process
Bookings are made by submitting a quote request through the website or by direct contact (phone/WhatsApp/email). A booking is not considered confirmed until the price and details are confirmed in writing by our team and explicitly accepted by the customer.
3. Payment
The payment method and timing (deposit or full payment) are determined at the time of booking confirmation and communicated clearly to the customer before the transaction is completed. All prices shown are indicative and subject to change until the booking is confirmed in writing.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our published Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring the validity of their own travel documents (passport, visa if required), arriving at agreed times, and informing us in advance of any special needs (medical or dietary).
6. Liability of External Suppliers
Some of our programs rely on services from external suppliers (hotels, transport companies, restaurants). We take reasonable care in selecting these suppliers, but we are not responsible for any breach on their part of their own terms, which remain in effect alongside ours.
